Ekpolador-ebi Amafa Koinyan is the Founder and Senior Partner of Smart Alliance Consulting with over 13 years Experience in Strategic and Managerial roles in Private and Public Sectors.
He holds a Masters Degree in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom and a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.
Mr. Koinyan, has also attended various Executive Certificate Programmes in the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, Sung Kwun Kwan University, South Korea and Wits Business School, University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
He is very passionate about Learning and has interests in ICT, Music, Chess and playing Tennis.
Isaac Yalah, who has degrees in both Education & Chemistry (Summa Cum Laude) and holds an MBA in Finance, has over 22 years experience working at senior levels in various private and public sector organizations in roles spanning from business development, Strategy and policy formulation.
Isaac is a certified change manager and financial expert who has established himself in multi-varied areas of banking operations and belongs to many professional and social organizations including Fellow, Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst (Fcfia), Member of the Oxford Business Alumni (OBA), Member, IMD Alumni, Lausanne, Switzerland, Member, IABFM – International Academy of Business and Financial Management, Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Member, Amnesty International, The Kennedy Center, Washington DC, USA and Member, National Geographic Society, USA.
Isaac’s personal interest and hobbies include Astronomy & Astrophysics, Quantum Physics & Esoteric Science, Music, Travelling, Reading and Writing. He firmly believes that” the greatest worship of GOD is service to Mankind” so throughout his endeavours he places great emphasis on his desire to give back to the community.
Dr. Caufrier is an Advisor to Smart Alliance, a Medical Affairs specialist who has worked for pharmaceutical and medical devices companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Terumo BCT and Pfizer.
Dr. Caufrier has obtained his Doctorate in (Molecular) Biology from the University of Brussels. He speaks fluent English, French and Dutch and he is improving his mandarin Chinese daily.
Dr. Ebinimi Tebepah has an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States of America and also has a PhD in Management from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom, where he examined Technological Innovation within the Upstream Sector of the Petroleum Industry with the application of the N-T Model of Knowledge Creation to Innovative, Value adding activities with Petroleum Firms. Furthermore, he has an MBA from the Salford Business School, University of Salford, United Kingdom and a Bachelors Honours in Economics, from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. At his spare time, he enjoys traveling, swimming, playing and watching the game of golf.
Kasim A. Sodangi is a Lawyer with experience spanning Intellectual property, Project Management and Finance. He has served as Head, Strategic Alliances at Cassers Superbrands NIgeria, where he inducted 40 of West Africa’s leading brands into the global Superbrands program. Prior to that he was an Associate at Law Allianz, a firm of leading legal consultants specializing in Intellectual property, Entertainment Law and Commercial law. He is currently the Head, Public Sector and Up Country. Operations for an innovative Investment Banking and Private Equity Firm in West Africa. He is graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the Nigerian Law School. Kasim loves and plays Tennis.
Baiyee holds an MBA degree in Oil & Gas Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law & Policy, University of Dundee. He obtained a first degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Buckingham England. He has also attended various training seminars at Cambridge. He worked as DMD Perfect Facilities Ltd, Pacific Silverline Ltd as a Director Fin & Admin, Project Coordinator Dangote Oil &Gas well as various capacities at Intels Nigeria Limited in Port Harcourt and also at Guaranty Trust Bank.
Samson Okuba Eyeto is an astute self-motivated individual with a background in business and marketing. He began his career as a Market Consultant with Geozeal Ventures and as a Sales Assistant with Zentas Communications Limited. He has also worked with Kuba Global Solutions Limited.
He holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from Coventry University, United Kingdom and a Bachelors Degree in Management Technology from the Lagos State University Nigeria.

She is a partner at Vichi Resources Consult, an educational consulting firm; and leading director of stalwart communities, United Kingdom, a social enterprise that presents programmes of co-ordinated educational and social developments to promote the skills of teachers, other professionals and community practitioners who will lead this work, and to create sound financial and administrative structures that will ensure lasting success through changing times.
Katherine was also head of business development at Nexia Nigeria, worked as an ICT learning support assistant for special education needs (sen) students at Shooters Hill College, London; Uk; associate project manager & PMO coordinator, ICT with dollar financial corporation, Nottingham, Uk; Head of Wealth Management with North Bridge Investment & Trust Ltd, Abuja and also Business Development Executive at BGL Plc in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Katherine has two MBAs in Marketing from Grenoble Graduate School of Business and Global Management from London Metropolitan University, a BTech in Agricultural Economics & extension from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. She is a Certified International Manager and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). She is also a member of the project management institute (PMI).
